1,040 Health Care Law Waivers & Counting

The arguments against ObamaCare continue to grow as the Department of Health and Human Services handed out the 1,040th health care waiver this week.

HHS Secretary
Kathleen Sebelius
For a law that was touted by the Obama Administration and entire Democrat Party as the best Social Entitlement since the financially troubled Social Security System, they are pretty quick to grant waivers from it.

This comes at the same time Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius admits double counting money for funding of the bill after being called out by Illinois Republican Rep. John Shimkus during a budget hearing.

The large majority of the waivers are granted to labor unions to protect their Mercedes Health Care Plans, fllowed by large corporations that merely have to claim that the law would cause them to drop health insurance for their employees altogether and another waiver is born.

The entire state of Maine was granted an waiver, how you ask, Health Insurance Compaies in the state threatened to leave the state citing their inability to survive under the laws mandates.
