CDW Files Comments In Response To NLRB's Proposed Rule

Today, CDW filed comments in response to the NLRB's proposed rule that would require the 6 million employers to post a notice in the workplace informing employees of their right to organize and join a union.

The Proposed Rule Would Require ALL Employers to Post Notices Encouraging Employees to Organize

CDW was joined by 180 organizations across the country that agreed to sign on to their comments. You may view a copy of the comments and the CDW press release on the CDW website, www.myprivateballot.com

You may also access the CDW Comments Here

The NLRB issued a statement saying: "The intended effects of this action are to increase knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) among employees, to better enable the exercise of rights under the statute, and to promote statutory compliance by employers and unions."

An NLRB News Release on the Proposed Rule can be found here, and a sample of the notice can be viewed here.

If you have any questions or comments on this or any Legislative or Regulatory issue affecting you or your business, please contact NJECPAC via email at njecpac@comcast.net
